- Alfalfa sprouts. bean sprouts or others – onion sprouts are good as they add taste

- + seeds of your choice that you can supplement

These are the fruits in the cleanse you could also substitute watermelon, grapes, mango, kiwi

OK, I printed out my shopping list…. I want to start getting into the RIGHT foods over the holidays already… not wait until January. I will check my Detox Guide at home to prep for the liver cleanse with anti-parasite capsules in advance. Count on me for the month-long new year detox!
