Our 10 best habits for a healthy body:
- Drink water – 8 glasses a day – herbal tea counts! Your body is 70% water!
- Eat breakfast – otherwise your body thinks you are still fasting and will hold onto your fat stores! Start that metabolism each morning!
- Exercise – walk or exercise for at least 40 minutes 3 times a week. You don’t start burning calories or getting your metabolism going until the 30 minute mark!
- Eat whole foods and live longer – these are unprocessed foods. Processed foods are a known health risk!
- Be kind, grateful and always give thanks – remember, what comes around goes around!
- Meditate – let your mind rest for at least 10 minutes a day – it deserves a break too!
- Look after your skin – it’s your largest organ!
- Detox at least once a year – did you know you are able to completely renew your liver in 6 weeks by detoxifiying!
- Sleep 6-8 hours per night – it’s not called beauty sleep for nothing!
