Day 9 Global Community Detox – Maintenance Week
Super Juice Me
We hope you all had a great weekend and for those of you, like myself, did the gallbladder and liver cleanse we hope you are feeling amazing too!
Although, I have to say every time I do this cleanse, I think at 4pm in the morning, ‘why’?!!! For some reason I always forget how hard it is!
This week you need to think about how the food you are eating on the detox makes your body feel and realise the importance of maintaining a whole foods approach to
your regular diet so you continue to feel great, have energy, be able to think clearly, look amazing and most important of all give your body the means to resist diseases.
DON’T GO BACK TO YOUR OLD HABITS. Resist your old patterns of caffeine, cigarettes, alcohol, sugar and refined foods….or what ever your addiction.
To help give you the resolve and the strength have a look at this……I watched an amazing documentary on the weekend called ‘Super Juice Me’ by Jason Vale. It is an inspiring account of 8 chronically sick people with 22 diseases between
them. One English gentleman brings a suitcase full of his clothes and another full of 52 medications for the month!
Over 28 days Jason Vale takes them on a journey of juice only to see if they can cure their diseases, change their life threatening habits and turn their lives around.
The conclusion of this 14 day Detox Program is a beginning to always nurture and care about your body and be aware of how everything that you eat or consume affects it.
