Working Out and It’s Effect on the Brain
This article was sent to us this week by one of our regular and long time special clients. Her mother has recently had to be put into care due to memory loss and the onset of dementia and it has been a very difficult time for all, especially her mother.
But one of the surprising positives of her Mum being ‘managed’ is that she is regularly attending physiotherapy sessions and ‘working out’ and they have noticed that her state of mind has improved. When she read this article she just had to share it with us.
In groundbreaking experiments over the past two decades the evidence is that tests both on animals and humans categorically show that exercise creates robust brain health.
