This detox is different.
Four weeks of changing habits takes strength and commitment. It’s hard.
And it’s winter so we’re not doing the raw cleanse this time round.
But it’s worth it!
Recipe of the day: Quick and Satisfying Detox Soup in 15 minutes
Serves 2 people
- 500ml Organic Vegetable Stock
- 6 mushrooms thinly sliced
- 3 cups of spinach
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 zucchini grated
Bring the stock to the boil and reduce to simmer.
Put all vegetables in the broth and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with chopped chives or onion alfalfa sprouts for taste.
Hint: We just use a hand grater to slice the vegetables – mushrooms on the side and zucchini on the front!
