Baked apples with cinnamon and raisins

Serves 4green apple

Ingredients:

  • 4 organic green apples
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 8 almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 cups of water

Directions:

Preheat the oven up to 220 º C

Wash the apples and 1.5 cms off the top of the apples, do not throw away the tops

Remove the core of the apples without breaking through the bottom of the apples

Stuff each apple with raisins, two almonds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Fill each apple with water and replace the tops

Place the apples on the baking dish and bake it for about 30 to 40 minutes until it turns soft

Serve with honey and goats milk yoghurt as a desert or eat for breakfast.
