Sample menu for Day 4 – Global Community Detox

Yes!  You can eat cooked food tomorrow.  Make sure you shop today so that you are prepared.

Egg white, spinach and mushroom omelette or

Fresh fruit salad with mint, oats, seeds, nuts, honey and goat’s milk yoghurt

Morning Tea:

23 Almonds

1 medium carrot

Lunch:

Green salad with lettuce, 1 tomato, small cucumber, 10 olives, onion alfalfa sprouts – dressed with a tablespoon of olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and balsamic vinegar

2 x rye crackers with 1/2 avocado or

1 x bowl Vegetable Soup (recipe in Detox Guide)

2 x rye crackers

Afternoon Tea:

1 x medium banana

Dinner:

Salmon with Roast Garlic and Rosemary (recipe Detox Guide)

 1/2 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of green beans, 1 cup of spinach steamed and dressed with chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 cloves of whole garlic to infuse the taste. or

Asian Stir Fry with Tofu (recipe in Detox Guide)

Dessert:

1 cup of strawberries, 1tablespoon of organic honey and 1/2 cup goat’s milk yoghurt
